The registered phase covers 5.0951 acres of the 30.3813-acre Krisumi City master project, with a total FAR of 90,684.63 sqm and 612 residential apartments, 108 EWS units and 1 shop across Towers 3.1, 3.2 and 3.3. Project completion date as declared by the promoter is 14 October 2029, subject to extension by HARERA in accordance with the Act and rules. Per RERA, sales are on a carpet area basis only.
